While we strive to provide the highest level of service in monitoring conditions, there are certain areas that fall outside the scope of our responsibilities:
- Installation of Sensors: Clients are responsible for the proper installation of all sensors used for condition monitoring. Installation should be completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and Recommended Guidelines.
- Handling Freezer Contents: For the safety and integrity of your assets, as well as the well-being of our team, we do not handle, move, or otherwise interact with the items stored within client-maintained environments. Our service is strictly limited to managing technical infrastructure and the configuration and delivery of sensors.

Events / Alerts:
Below is the list of system alerts you will receive if they are triggered. The alerts are configured to send notifications to the alert contacts you designated in three escalations. NOTE: if the 1st contact(s) dismisses the alert, the secondary and tertiary contacts will not receive any alerts.
Please note: While we provide timely alerts on sensor thresholds, it is the client’s responsibility to take corrective action based on those alerts. Our service does not include responding to or resolving issues triggered by such notifications. It’s very important to Dismiss (Acknowledge) temperature alert notifications when received. Failure to do so will escalate the alerts to EHS as the final escalation point.
