If there is a major outage at the University and the On-Campus Freezer Monitoring service is down:
If this service is down, you can check the “Last Known Good State” of the freezers and cold rooms using this service at Yale. This is a daily report of all freezer and cold room sensor data. The report is created daily and is saved in a cloud based Microsoft SharePoint location.

Please note: You will see the past 7 days of reports as a CSV file. You can see the report date in the name of the file. Also, each report result will contain all sensor data, you can find your sensor(s) by searching for the sensor name or the department name.
Each report result for the Last Known Good State will show a Temperature Summery Result and will include the info below:
- Asset Name
- Current Location of the Freezer
- Department Name
- Asset ID - EHS ID for the freezer
- Range - Temperature range
- Temperature (°C) - Current temperature
- Min, Max, and Avg of the temperature in the last 3 days
- # of Alerts in the last 3 days
- # of Alerts Pending Corrective Action
- Last Report Date
- Current Status
